Training and classes offered to Mexico City's wheelchair users

Getting around in a wheelchair can be difficult. And the challenge is intensified when sidewalks and ramps are in poor condition or non-existent. But there’s an organization in Mexico City that’s teaching people in wheelchairs how to navigate life’s bumps. CCTV America’s Franc Contreras reports.
